Oliver Station Court Estate Sale

13514 Oliver Station Court, Louisville, KY 40245
Saturday, February 16th 8am – 4pm
Sunday, February 17th 10am – 4pm

This sale is a merger of two living estates, the house estate and an estate from a high-rise downtown condo which doesn’t allow on-site sales.
The house is now filled with goods from both estates. There are some very unique furniture and décor items which were brought back from years of living in Singapore – original pieces, not tourist-trap items. There are also very fine contemporary items, barely used, from Arhaus Furniture. Nice everyday furniture from Lane, Keller and Ethan Allen. One notable piece is a custom-made queen-sized trundle bed – would be great for a large lake house or AirB&B. There is a pool table, upright freezer and several patio sets.
This sale offers a great mix of antiques, collectibles, lightly used and vintage. A heavy collection of crafters supplies is available. There is a broad selection of furniture, wall art, lamps and two very nice large rugs. Large televisions, other electronics and work-out equipment.
In this sale you will find vintage toys, newer Derby glasses, Jewel Tea, quality cookware, books, cd’s, dvd’s, an elephant collection, some costume jewelry, collectibles, lots of holiday decor, household goods, garden and garage items, some tools, outdoor, office, family room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, antique sewing machine, fabric pieces, craft items and tons of clean linens.
This is a very clean house – non-smokers, no house pets, from either estate.
See photos at: Renaissance by Design (Louisville, KY) Face Book page or at our MLS Estate Sale page on estatesale.com (not estate”s”) Listing #224038 under Oliver Station Court.
** Oliver Station Court is directly off of LaGrange Road just past the Gene Snyder to the south of the Ford Truck Plant. Look for the big white mansion and turn there. If you make it out to Jucy’s BBQ you have gone too far but you might have a great lunch.
Special Notes:
Numbers to be handed out ½ hour prior to opening of sale.
DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVE WAYS OR PARK ON GRASS.
Please ONLY PARK ON ONE SIDE OF STREET. Must be Free for emergency vehicles.
We accept credit cards, cash and a good local check up to $200.00 w/ID.
All items sold as is, where is.
WE ARE NOT A MOVING CO. There are some very heavy items, please bring help.
Hope you find some amazing treasures and have a good time!

LIFE STYLE CLASSES at Renaissance by Design

If you didn’t know we have been hosting adult education classes for the University of Louisville and Jefferson County Public Schools for almost thirty years right here in our store.  We are happy to announce that beginning in the Spring of the new year we will now be offering variations of those classes and a schedule of exciting new offerings direct to the public through our social media.

When the schedule pops you’ll see that most of our classes are designed as “quick-learn” opportunities for those who can only commit to a few hours at a time and we think you’ll like the budget-friendly tuition fees, too.

Here are just a few of the topics we’ll be offering:  Finding Your Right Color for Any Room.  Chalk Painting Furniture.  Secrets to Mixing & Matching Furniture Styles.  How to Buy Right at Auctions, Fleas Markets and Bargain Stores.  Room Design and Furniture Placement.  Buying the Right Rug: Type, Color, Pattern and Size.  Art for Your Home: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly.   Understanding Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling.   Downsizing and Estate Sale Options.  Essentials for the First Home or Apartment. Antique Mall, private walk thru.

We are working on the premier schedule now and want to offer classes you want and when you want them.  If you could find a few minutes and email us with your thoughts on which days of the week and times would fit best for your busy schedule – and any ideas for classes you might like, that would be a great favor.  We are committed to offering you a unique and fun learning experience.

Email those ideas to Kelli@renaissancebydesign.com
